Who operates this service

This app is operated by Stefan Hayden as a personal project. By using this service you agree to these terms.

Eligibility

Access requires signing in via a supported third-party OAuth provider (Google). You must have a valid account with that provider and comply with their terms of service. By signing in you represent that you are permitted to use that account.

Your content

Your journal entries are stored directly in your own Google Calendar. This service does not store, access, or retain your content. You retain 100% ownership of everything you write. We claim no rights over your content whatsoever.

Pricing

This service is currently provided free of charge. Paid access may be required in the future. If that happens, free access may be limited or discontinued. You will not be charged without explicit action on your part.

Disclaimer of warranties

This service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Use of this service is at your own risk. Stefan Hayden makes no guarantees of uptime, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stefan Hayden shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this service.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The “last updated” date at the top of this page will reflect when changes were made.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved under US law.
